Green walls are integrated with natural granite stone cladding to reduce the hardness of structural elements, while lush plantings along both sides of the entrance ramp create a welcoming view that gently transitions to the basement car park. At Level 1, a sand-based lawn drains efficiently within an hour after heavy rain, creating a serene open space where the family can enjoy the surrounding perimeter planting in privacy. This versatile lawn also serves as an event space for private gatherings, complementing the overall design with both beauty and practicality.
